SnapTools is built and maintained by KNK Labs. We read everything that arrives, and we reply to most things within a couple of working days.
There is deliberately no contact form here. A form would mean your message travelling through our servers and being stored there, which sits badly with a site whose whole point is that your data stays on your device. Email goes directly to us instead.

Something is broken
If a tool produced the wrong result or failed on a particular file, tell us which tool, which browser, and what you were trying to do. The file itself is almost never needed — and please do not send one containing anything sensitive.
A tool you wish existed
Requests genuinely shape what gets built next. The most useful version describes the job rather than the tool: what you were trying to accomplish, and what you ended up doing instead.
Privacy and data questions
Most tools run entirely in your browser and never transmit your files. If you need that confirmed for a particular tool, or you have a question about analytics or cookies, ask — every tool page also states where its processing happens.

Before you write
A few questions come up often enough to answer here.
- Do you store the files I process?
- No. The great majority of tools decode, transform and re-encode your file entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded, logged or retained. Each tool page states plainly where its work happens.
- Can I use SnapTools for commercial work?
- Yes. The tools are free to use, including for commercial projects. See the Terms for the detail.
- Is there an API?
- There is a machine-readable capability manifest describing what SnapTools can do, intended for AI agents and integrations. Most capabilities run in the browser, so they are not callable as a server API today. If you need one, say so — demand decides whether it gets built.
